The Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment and the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Politics announce the launch of the e -mail service for agricultural crops, livestock farms, agricultural infrastructure and equipment affected by the 23rd of July 23.
According to an official announcement, the development of the Service is part of the state’s efforts for timely and effective response to the needs of citizens and emergencies, utilizing the potential of digital governance.
Also, “the possibility of electronic submission, in addition to the physical presence at the receipt, facilitates affected farmers, breeders and beekeepers, reducing delays, simplifying the process and providing a solution to those who cannot be accompanied by physical presence, accelerating the whole process.”
It is noted that at a later stage, this platform can also be exploited to file damage from other reasons, enhancing digital transformation in the agricultural sector and facilitating the affected producers.

The service is aimed at farmers, breeders and beekeepers with damage to production, production capital or infrastructure.
The deadline for filing declarations expires on September 15, 2025, following an extension given.
The service is accessed via Cy Login with an identified profile. For the application, if there is an account already on the Ariadne Portal, the same connection items may be used. If there is no account there is a CY LOGIN registration is required. The profile must be “identified” (via online banking or with a physical presence in KEP/KEPO or teleconference/video call, by appointment, with KEP officials).
In order to create parcels for a loss statement, the owners of parcel with a 100%share should submit a title title, if they are owners of a shareholder, they should submit a shareholding title owned by the applicant as well as a manager from any other co -owner, if not the owner. In addition, they should submit a document or rent or lease license.
Applicants will receive a notice by email to the address they have entered in Cy Login, to receive their application, as well as information on any additional information that may be requested.
It is understood that the statements will continue to be submitted by both methods, and electronically and with a physical presence, as it was previously announced at the provincial agricultural offices of the Agriculture Department.
