Arsenal qualified for the final of the English League Cup for the 9th time in their history and the first since 2018, as they won 1-0 against Chelsea at the “Emirates” and combined with their 3-2 victory in the first match, booked their “ticket” for the final game of the competition to be held on March 22 at “Wembley” (17:00).
Chelsea pushed hard to find a goal to send the pair into extra-time, but Arsenal’s defense looked very solid until stoppage time when Kai Havertz beat the goalkeeper on a counter-attack to make it 1-0 against his former club.
