
Increase 19% recorded in March 2025 property sales in Cyprus
In March 2025, real estate sales in Cyprus recorded a 19% increase, as illustrated by data published by the Land and Surveying Department.
According to figures, in March 2025, local cadastral offices were submitted to the Pancyprian 1491 sales documents compared to 1257 sales documents in March 2024.
As for the quarter of 2025, real estate sales increase 13% to 2646 from 2340.
In Nicosia, real estate sales increased by 15%, rising to 4137 pieces from 3597 in the quarter of 2024.
Property sales in Limassol reached 1295 from 1123 were increased by 15%.
In Larnaca, sales increased by 26% to 910 from 723. 4% increase in real estate sales in the Free Famagusta area. In Paphos, the increase reached 7% and the absolute number of sales of 829 pieces.
It is recalled that in 2024 local land registries were deposited 15,797 sales documents compared to 15,567 sales documents in 2023, recording an increase of 1%.
