Earthquake 7.7 degrees caused buildings collapse, infrastructure damage.
At least 144 people in Myanmar were killed and 732 were injured by the powerful earthquake that shocked the country and Southeast Asia, the MRTV state network reported, with Junta leader Min Aung Chaing warning a very large number of victims.

Speaking to MRTV, MinA Aung Hlaping has called on the entire international community for help, stressing that the junta opened all the way to entry of international aid.

Myanmar’s ruling junta called for blood donations and medical supplies for help to people being hospitalized. Myanmar has plunged into a crisis after the February 2021 coup, which overturned the Aung government San Chi.
