Azerbaijan Railways rolls out fresh digital services portal

Baku, Azerbaijan, April 11. Azerbaijan
Railways CJSC has officially launched a new digital services portal
(portal.ady.az), aimed at improving accessibility and user
convenience, Trend reports, citing the CJSC.

The innovative platform allows users to submit applications for
various services online, track the status of their requests, and
receive prompt responses.

The new platform covers five key service areas for both
individuals and legal entities:

– Electronic Submission of Public Inquiries—Individuals can now
submit complaints, suggestions, and requests electronically, while
legal entities can file official applications related to their
organizations.

– Applications for Scheduled (Depot and Major) Repairs of
Freight Wagons—Users can request repair and maintenance services
for freight wagons, whether privately or corporately owned. This
service will help extend the lifespan of wagons and improve
safety.

– Applications for Freight Wagon Washing (Degassing)—Individuals
can request cleaning services for their privately owned wagons,
while legal entities can access technical cleaning services for the
wagons and trains belonging to their companies.




– Applications for Technical Approval of Engineering Structures
and Communications on Public Railways—Individuals can receive
technical consultations and support for specific projects. Legal
entities and government institutions can access expert
consultations on large-scale projects.

– Applications for the Design of Railway Infrastructure
Buildings and Structures—Consultation and technical support
services are offered for the planning and implementation of private
and commercial construction projects, including railway line
construction and reconstruction.

To use these services, users need to register on the portal, log
into their account, and select the desired service. After choosing
the service type, the relevant form will open for completion. Users
must consent to the use of their personal data and click “Submit.”
Requests and statuses can be tracked in the “My Requests” section
of their personal account.
