Baku, Azerbaijan, April 16. The role of the
transport sector in Azerbaijan’s economy has grown significantly in
recent years, with its share in gross domestic product (GDP)
reaching 6.5 percent, said Javid Gurbanov, Deputy Minister of
Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan,

Speaking at the National Business Development Forum held in
Baku, Gurbanov shared key economic figures related to the
sector.
