Reconstruction of committees according to the Corporate Governance Code
Reconstruction of the committees, according to the Code of Corporate Governance, Lordos Hotels announced after the departure of Thomas Kazakos.
As stated in a relevant announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on March 26, 2025, and under the provisions of the Code of Corporate Governance (KED), proceeded with the following appointments to the KED committees referred to below, with the aim of filling the positions of Mr. February 2025:
Remuneration committee
Artemis Ioannidou Pantelidou (Non -Executive Advisor – Independent of the Directorate) and Andreas Maragkos (non -executive councilor – independent of the management) were appointed to the Company’s remuneration committee.
Appointment committee
Artemis Ioannidou Pantelidou (non -executive board – independent of the management) was appointed to the Committee of Appointments of the Company.
In addition, at the same session, the Board of Directors appointed Andreas Marago (non -executive administrative adviser – independent of the Directorate) as a reference official, in place of Mr. Thomas Kazakou.
