The October 28th Avenue will remain closed for a month due to work for the construction of the 3rd phase of the Larnaca Sewer System “Construction Contract C2: Main-Road Remains”.
In a statement by the Larnaca District Organization (EOA), it is stated that “this avenue will close on Friday, April 4 and will remain closed until May 16”.
It is noted that there will be a road marking for the movement of vehicles as the B4 is used (from an airport hub to the intersection with the Freedom Street) which will be used by the public until 04/04/2025.
The passing drivers are called upon to be very careful and to follow the warning signs and traffic management measures agreed with the competent authorities.
The EOA clarifies that before closing the roads, the signature of the Traffic Police, the competent Municipal/ Community Authorities and the Engineer, since traffic management measures are determined/ indicated by the Police in consultation with local authorities and are implemented by the EOA Larnaca.
