
Baku, Azerbaijan, April 12. An earthquake
measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale occurred in Azerbaijan’s
Shamakhi district, Trend reports via the Seismological Service of the
Republican Center for Earthquake Studies under the Azerbaijan
National Academy of Sciences
The earthquake’s epicenter was located 24 kilometers south of
the Pirgulu station in the Shamakhi district.
The seismic activity occurred at a depth of 12 kilometers.
