Baku, Azerbaijan, March 29. The First Lady of
the Republic of Uzbekistan Ziroatkhon Mirziyoyeva has sent a
congratulatory letter to the First Vice-President of the Republic
of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of the Novruz
