A court in France is to rule Friday on the case of Mehdi Nemmouche, a 39-year-old convicted French jihadist who was indicted for allegedly holding four journalists hostage for the Islamic State group in war-torn Syria over a decade ago. Nemmouche is already in prison for killing four people at a Jewish museum in Brussels in May 2014.
