Germany bans extremist ‘Kingdom of Germany’ group, arrests leaders

German authorities on Tuesday banned the extremist “Kingdom of Germany” group and arrested four of its leading members, including founder Peter Fitzek. Linked to the conspiracy theorist Reichsbuerger movement, the group rejected the state’s legitimacy, issued fake documents, and ran illegal financial operations. Raids were carried out across seven states.
