The bill is expected to support all parliamentary parties except EDEK.
The amending bill, which provides for the filling of the vacuum identified by the Administrative Court, which relates to the prescription of drugs within GSEY by out -of -system doctors, is driven on Thursday in the House of Representatives.
On Wednesday, the Council of Ministers approved this bill entitled “The General Health System Amending Law (No. 2) of 2025” and is expected to be promoted to Parliament by the Ministry of Health in the afternoon in order to be able to vote immediately by the plenary.
It is recalled that a recent decision of the Administrative Court is given the right to patients to take medicines from the GSEY, prescribed by a doctor outside the GESY.
Amending this bill reasons, it is expected to be prohibited from doctors outside the GSE from prescribing medicines to receive GESY insured persons.
It is noted that the bill is expected to support all parliamentary parties except EDEK, which has filed its disagreement, as it argues that the court ruling corrects a distortion and must be made to correct other distortions.
