Others targeted Trump’s handling of Russia and Ukraine, holding placards that read: “Stop Putin’s puppets that destroy America.”
Many protesters also held placards with slogans against Tesla chief Ilon Musk because of his role in the controversial cuts of the federal mechanism as head of the newly established government effectiveness (Doge). Many of the placards were described as racist and far -right.
Some demonstrators in various states also held Ukrainian flags, others wearing Palestinian scarves and holding placards that read “Free Palestine”, while some were rushing flags with rainbows to support LOATKI+community.
Thousands of people marched in the center of Manhattan, New York and Boston, Massachusetts, while hundreds gathered outside the Capitol building of Utah in Solt Lake City and in the rain outside the State Palace in Columbus.
Trump goes for… golf
About four miles from Mar-A-Lago, more than 400 people gathered and the gourmet drivers supported protesters who were placarding against Trump, including inside: “The markets are sinking, Trump is playing golf.”

The US president, however, seems to be indifferent. After urging businessmen to “hold strong” today, he announced that he would go to golf.
