The future objective of evaluating civil servants will be to set goals per employee, according to the Director General of the Ministry of Finance, Andrea Zachariadis.
Mr Zachariadis, who answered the questions of the MPs of the House Committee on Finance, cited the actions that the executive has so far taken to improve productivity in the public sector.
