Russia downplays US submarine move, calls for caution on nuclear rhetoric

Moscow on Monday urged restraint in nuclear-related statements following US President Donald Trump’s statement that he ordered a repositioning of US nuclear submarines. While downplaying the significance of the move, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said “that everyone should be very, very careful with nuclear rhetoric”.
