Russia, Ukraine trade accusations of violating deal not to target energy infrastructure

Russia and Ukraine accused each other on Wednesday of launching air attacks that sparked fires and damaged infrastructure just hours after their leaders agreed to a limited ceasefire to halt attacks on energy infrastructure. The US announced that fresh talks on a more lasting truce will take place in Saudi Arabia on Sunday.
