The House of Transport Committee, which met last Thursday (3/4/2025), requested investigation by the Auditor General on new bus stops. The issue was signed by AKEL MP Costas Costas, who asked questions to the relevant services regarding their design and construction. The Auditor General, Andreas Papaconstantinou, said that his service has already received a complaint on the issue since August 2024. AKEL MP, who spoke of a “huge scandal”, said, among other things, that until now there were 1,000 and 180s.
