Customers do not need to do something

At present there will be no changes in the way and the service hours in the stores.

Account numbers remain the same. For any change in later time, customers will be informed accordingly.

The existing checkbook remains in force.

In terms of mobile applications, according to information from the bank, the changes will be made directly without having to do something customers.

As the bank informed its customers, from 1 September 2025, the money transfers between Eurobank and the Hellenic Bank accounts are handled free of charge, as there are no foreign exchange conversion, and at the date of value of the same day, provided that the relevant orders are sent before the Cut-offs. Transfers will be performed through the most appropriate shipping method (SEPA or SWIFT).

In addition, for customers holding accounts in both banks, it will not be applied to account for accounts they maintain at Eurobank Cyprus and the updating of the data will only take place once, without the need to re -submit the information for the other accounts.

In addition, on November 3, 2025, a consolidated (new) list of rights and charges will be valid, which is already available on the Bank’s website.

The change in the signs continues

The change program on the signs is continuing and has recently changed on Makarios Avenue in Limassol and a store in Larnaca.

The next one and a half months, the process of changes in the exterior signs will be completed. The goal is to make changes to 3-4 stores per week.
