Despite the assurances of the “Electricity Authority” in the occupied territories that the power outages would stop, today a holiday in the Morphos area have been announced again.
Electricity problems continue for a week after the explosion at the transformer center in occupied Nikita Morphou.
The holidays will take place between 5-6 in the afternoon from Morphou to Kaziberra, affecting a total of 7 communities, as well as the industrial zone of the area and the “municipal” water station.
In the meantime, shortly before noon a fire broke out between a residential and wooded area in Kyrenia due to sparks from electric cables. As the media reports, the fire was erased very quickly with the immediate intervention of all competent “services”.
