The election of Andreas Hadjipanagis as the new President and Dr. Christakis Sergidis as Vice -President for the period 2025 – 2027 was announced Monday by the Pancyprian Association of Pharmaceuticals, following the annual General Assembly of Pharmaceuticals.
According to Mr Hadjipanagis, “with a long course in the field of pharmaceutical industry and experience in important positions in the industry”, he assumes the position of President “with the aim of further enhancing cooperation between PEF members. and the expansion of Cyprus’s presence in the international pharmaceutical sector. “
“His election ensures the continuation of the vision and mission of PEF. For the creation of a national strategy for the pharmaceutical industry, with the priority of innovation, research and development, as well as improving the regulatory framework and the empowerment of Cyprus exports, “he added.
It is added that in his statement, Mr Hadjipanagis expressed his gratitude for the confidence of the Union members and pledged to work to promote Cypriot pharmaceuticals in the domestic and international drug market.
