Significant changes are recorded by this year’s Forbes list for the richest Greeks, with the total wealth of the top ten being $ 12.7 billion. Four faces appear for the first time in the relevant ranking, which is also dominated by shipping this year.
The first on the list remains Maria Angelikoussi, who leads the country’s largest private shipping fleet. The tenths are complemented by entrepreneurs with a strong presence in shipping, energy, media and investment.
It is noteworthy that four entrepreneurs are first recorded on the list: Evangelos Marinakis, Anna Angelikousi, Evangelos Mytilineos and Diamantis Diamantidis.

Evangelos Marinakis
Owner of the Capital Maritime Group and Alter Ego Media. He also holds Olympiacos, Nottingham Forest and shares in Rio Aves. In 2025 he introduced Alter Ego to the Stock Exchange.
Anna Angelikoussi
Owner of Alpha Bulkers, Alpha Gas and Pantheon Tankers. She separated her business activities from the family in 2000, maintaining a fleet of 82 ships.
Constantine Martin
Co -founder of theamaris. His company has a fleet of 95 ships. His son, Nicholas, now manages the business.
Marianna Latsi
Heir to the family empire Latsi. It invests in real estate, energy and infrastructure, and left Viva Wallet after JP Morgan’s acquisition.
Andreas Martin
Founder of Minerva Marine (1998) with 71 ships. The company emerged from the split of the family theamaris.
Athanasios Martin
