TThe small step that has been reached in Geneva is positive but is considered enough to be enough in the formation, in the coming period, that reflects the voltage of the urgency. It is obvious that the UN Secretary -General attempted to give a stabilizing character to the process to keep her alive. This dimension, of course, despite the tendency to present the whole evolution as effective and constructive, if it does not function as such, will be at risk very quickly to atrophy with a re -establishment of a scene and, above all, an effort to resolve responsibility.
It is clear that one of the one, as recorded by the Secretary -General, what is urgent is the search for a synonym for the opening of the four roads for which, according to Antonio Guterres, there was an agreement to proceed with the process.
