The third Summer Traditional Music and Dance Night of the Municipality of Paphos was successfully held, within the framework of the “Tradition” series of events, with the “Ktima” Folklore Society of Paphos as the protagonist.
The event was hosted at the Municipal Baths of Kato Paphos, where residents and visitors had the opportunity to enjoy a rich program of traditional Cypriot dances and live music, in an evening dedicated to the cultural heritage of the place.
The dancers of the “Ktima” Folklore Club, with their authentic traditional costumes, presented dances from various regions of Cyprus, conveying to the audience images, sounds and customs that are an integral part of our folk tradition.
The live music and the warm participation of the people created a special atmosphere full of fun, emotion and authentic Cypriot hospitality.
The institution of the Paphos Municipality’s Summer Traditional Music and Dance Evenings continues with particular success, highlighting the importance of preserving and promoting Cypriot tradition through quality cultural activities that unite generations and enrich the city’s summer cultural program.
