Traffic arrangements will apply on the weekend, March 22 and 23, on the Limassol coastal front, due to the Limassol OPAP Marathon.
According to the event, for Saturday, March 22, from 08:00 to 11:00, the two lanes of Christodoulou Hadjipavlou Street will be closed, from the height of Independence Street to Traffic Lights, near the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 28th.
On Sunday, from 06.00 to 11.00, in the western part of the Marathon, which concerns Spyrou Araouzou Street, at the height of Independence Road and in the west direction, the two lanes of Spyros Araouzou, Kioprouzouzou, Kioprouzouzou, Kiouzouzouzou, Kiouzouzou, (south of Franklin Roosevelt) to the New Port roundabout, the parallel road north of the New Port (U549) the vertical road to the Zakaki Circular Node, the Asomatou Road (E602) to the height of the street of Ilio
For the eastern part of the Marathon, which concerns roads east of Christodoulos Hadjipavlou, from the height of the hotel “NYX”, from 06.00 to 13.00, the two lanes of traffic on October 28th, Promachonos Eleftheria, Georgiou A.
It is also noted that the municipal parking spaces of the multifunctional park in the coastal park will be closed for the needs of the Limassol OPAP Marathon.
Specifically, the Spyros Araouzou parking lot (old port) will remain closed from Friday morning, March 21, until 09:00 on Monday, March 24,
Spyros Araouzou’s parking lot (Molos 1) will remain closed from Saturday morning, March 22, until 18:00 on Sunday, March 23.
Also, Municipal Parking 2,3,4 of the Multifunctional Park in the Eighth Park will be closed on Saturday, March 22, from 08:00 to 12:00 and Sunday, March 23, from 06:00 to 13:30.
For the runners and those who will watch the OPAP Marathon of Limassol by living, there will be parking spaces available on Archbishop Kyprianou, Agios Andreos, Vassiliou Macedonian, Andreas Themistokleous, Sotiris Michaelis, Aristodis Limassol Marina and GSO parking.
