A meeting with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, had the Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis.

The meeting took place in Brussels, on the sidelines of the NATO Foreign Minister, and according to Greek diplomatic sources, the two ministers discussed the course of transatlantic relations, as well as international and regional developments.

The subject of the meeting was also to determine the next steps of the Greek -Turkish dialogue. Specifically, Gerapetritis and Fidan discussed the next Supreme Cooperation Council, which will take place after Easter, at a time to be determined, based on programs by the two leaders.

At the same time, they discussed the organization of a Greek business mission in Constantinople on May 8-9, 2025. Finally, the next meeting of the two ministers, which will take place at the informal meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the NATO Member States on May 14-15, was determined.
