‘Dozens of dead and wounded’ in Russian missile strike on Sumy, Ukraine says

More than 20 people were killed and dozens injured after Russia struck Ukraine’s northeastern city of Sumy with a ballastic missile on Sunday, the city’s mayor said. The missiles struck the heart of the city just as people were gathering to celebrate Palm Sunday.
