Putin and Xi vow to protect shared version of ‘historical truth’ in Kremlin talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin met with China’s leader Xi Jinping in Moscow on Thursday, where they pledged to work together against “unilateralism and bullying”. Xi is the most powerful foreign leader attending Russia’s World War II commemoration events on Friday.
