A 23-year-old woman is hospitalized in critical condition, after being injured in a road collision that happened early today in Paphos.
At around 2am, while the 23-year-old was driving her car on the Limassol-Paphos highway, despite the Konia area, she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to crash into a road safety barrier and overturn.
The 23-year-old was extricated from her vehicle by members of the Fire Service and taken by ambulance to the Paphos General Hospital, where she underwent surgery due to multiple injuries.
The 23-year-old was kept for further hospitalization in the intensive care unit, with her state of health judged by the treating doctors to be critical.
The Paphos Traffic Police continues the examinations.
