On Tuesday, June 9, a meeting was held between the Paphos Provincial Organization of Self-Government and the Paphos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, with the main topics being compensatory measures, progress in the licensing process and the implementation of the province’s development goals.
The President of EOA Paphos, Charalambos Pittokopitis, and the Director General of the Organization, Nikolas Papalos, welcomed the President of EBE Paphos, Giorgos Mai, and the Director of the Chamber, Marino Stylianou, to the offices of the Organization.
During the meeting, which was held in a positive and constructive atmosphere, the two sides exchanged views on issues affecting the development path of the province.
Particular emphasis was placed on compensatory measures, on the progress achieved in the licensing process, as well as on the course of implementation of the objectives set within the predetermined timetables.
At the same time, the common will was reaffirmed for the continuation of close cooperation and continuous dialogue, with the aim of promoting development, strengthening economic activity and improving the quality of life of the citizens of Paphos district.
